I’ve been working with painters, sculptors, sketchers, and photographers since 2010. Strength, flexibility, creativity, and discipline enable me to present and hold dynamic and varied poses, for 2-minute sketches or 2-hour sittings.

“Mary Elizabeth was a regular figure model for Concrete Ocean and our weekly Mojo Studio Draw Group for multiple years – as a creative person herself (particularly given her musical talent) she understands how to present the artists with dynamic and creative challenges via her poses. She is truly appreciative of the visual arts!” (Bryan Pease, artist/owner, Concrete Ocean Art Gallery, St. Louis, MO)

“Mary Elizabeth has all the qualities of a great model. Beauty, grace, strength and that uncanny knack for finding and holding a great pose. A favorite within the artist community for good reason. If you are trying to find an excellent model, look no further than Mary Elizabeth Kennedy. Try her, you’ll be glad you did!” (Bob Bertram, artist, St. Louis, MO)

“Completely professional. Arrives on time, is pleasant company, and does beautiful poses that have the slightly theatrical quality that makes a painting tell a story. She is a favorite!” (Elaine Goble Swanger, artist, St. Louis, MO)

“As the foundations professor at the Art Institute of Saint Louis I have worked with many figure models and Mary Elizabeth is among the best. She is a consummate professional, her understanding of dynamic figurative posing, as well as her confidence and demeanor, create a comfortable atmosphere suitable for learning. I highly recommend and endorse Mary Elizabeth as a model for any artistic endeavor.” (Eric Wieringa, artist and art professor, St. Louis, MO)

“It was a great experience working with Mary Elizabeth. I felt privileged to get to witness and record her pregnancy and then the intimacy of the subsequent nursing of her infant. People talk about inner and outer beauty, and she has it both, so that she is a great model for the academic exercise, and yet she possesses that extra something special in her character that opens the door for great art.
She was also professional, kind, and on time; the importance of which cannot be overstated!” (Abraham Mohler, sculptor, St. Louis, MO)

“Wonderful model, one of my favorite! With very professional attitude to modeling and creativity in poses. It is pleasure to work with Mary Elizabeth!” (Adriana Bantcheva, artist, St. Louis, MO)
